    I live in a federally-backed property. I think there should be a fixed rent with benefits for tenants. The federal government needs to relax the rent. When I first moved in we had free cable at our apartment. then our landlord dropped it and raised our rent. I was concerned because our rent was raised a second time. We had bed bugs when we first moved in and was told it was our responsibility to fix it. That ain't right.
