    I live in a federally-backed property by FHFA. I feel like in certain neighborhoods or environments rent should not be the same as richer areas. If that's the case, we should get the same things they get as other areas. Id like to see some sort of rent regulation or cap so it can't keep going up. I would like to see a change. I know you can't control everything and everyone but if you would come and see to assess you would see why. I just found out in pregnant. I live on the 3rd floor and my landlord won't even work with me on that.
