I live in a federally-backed property in rural Missouri. I think there should be a rent cap. Keep in mind the people are paying the rent with their wages. It's not easy. Maybe people are getting paid more but it still only goes so far. I've kept my comment anonymous because I'm afraid of retaliation from my landlord.
