    Please include in your "rent" gouging protections any mandatory fees. For example, "rent" was raised 10% at Morningside Heights in Owings Mills, MD by adding mandatory amenities fees, made mandatory even if the renter did not avail him/herself of any of the amenities. "Rent" should never be increased more than the median income.
