I have been in my current rental property for 7 months and have encountered several maintenance issues since moving in resulting in many losses. The owner doesn’t even live in the state and the property management company has a branch not located here handling my property issues and I’m getting no resolution or answers from the property manager herself. I’m always re-routed to someone else who can’t remember one conversation to the next but yet my rent is still expected to be there on time or else a $200 fee is assessed. I just want equal rights as a paying tenant to get the comfort and peace of mind the landlords get when they go home at night
