    Housing rights are essentially degrading into a scenario of losing property rights for those who purchased the property to those who leased the property. Having developed over 500 homes in from affordable to high end and provided multifamily homes to thousands of tenants, the housing business is now a policy of tenants don't have to pay rent, follow rules or be accountable. Individual homeowners can now rely on that renting out their home means never being able to move back in many scenarios. The state, county and local ordinances being passed insure that landlords will do everything possible to avoid renting properties. Investors cannot rely on laws becoming changed for the worse and therefore will shy away from areas with higher risk. This will exacerbate housing shortages and availability.
