Tenants protections are already out of control
Most states limit deposit amounts, and eviction take multiple months of even years
Scam artists are using these tenant protections to blackmail landlords, and cause many landlords to exit the market.
It is already almost impossible for many people with poor credit to find places to rent because landlords are afraid. This will only get worse with more tenant protections.

We must support small landlords, and punish scam artists, not add more protections for scam artists to abuse
