I've lived here for the last few years in that time I learned really early that my landlord refuse to repair my home until it turns into a emergency,then to only do a pitch patch job. I reported insects and request a exterminator. I've had to go as far as withholding the rent reporting to board of health, and even taken them to housing court. We need tenant protections I would love to move but unfortunately the rent everywhere is way too much. We need rent control
