    I have lived here for 7 years and seen my rent doubled with no amenities or improvement in quality. Maintenance is always behind or simply doesn’t get done. Property management does little in the way of resolving conflict between neighbors, many who are violent and aggressive toward us. I have lived here for so long and don’t want to move, but I feel like we have to so we can live in a safe space and try to live in a nicer space with amenities. We need rent stability and property managers who follow through and care about their tenants.
