Renters deserve a fair price for what their return on a living space would suggest. Currently in 1/4 of homes across the United States this is not the case. Please consider legislation that would give tenants some say over the people who in many ways control their ability to exist and live in the way they want to. Landlords are not obligated to provide the four freedoms, so we must reach out to our government to do so.
