My name is Cassie and I’m a tenant in Las Vegas Nevada. I have had to move 5 times in 6 years because my rent keeps getting raised by several hundred dollars at each property at my lease renewal. All of these properties have bad maintenance, bugs, and a lack of staff care. The rent is TOO high and there are no protections for tenants.
