My name is Dylan Small and I am a tenant living in Reno, NV. I can never save money for my family because rent is too high. I’m in a good spot now but there have been times in my life that I’ve been homeless because of high rents. Federal Housing Finance Agency needs to protect tenants by limiting rent hikes.
