    I have lived at this complex for 18 years. I've lived in multiple units, they are all the same. I've been in this unit for 10 years. They never clean our gutters, so when it rains outside it is raining in my home too. There is water damage and mold in my living room and they don't care. Maintenance and management have gotten so much worse over the last decade. We need some type of tenant protections, something has to change, no one should live like this. We need rent control.
