    I've lived in my home for 10 years. My rent is 1500 a month for a home that is not worth that. Because they don't clean the gutters when it rains it leaks in my home. They have never fixed the water damage from the leaks, so my walls are stained and blistered. When they do clean the gutters they leave all the debris on our steps and in front of our homes. It smells and attracts insects. I recently slipped and broke my foot because they don't maintain the steps or sidewalks. We have a mice infestation that I have spent my own money on trying to deal with because the management doesn't care. Over the last year the mold in my bathroom has gotten worse and they do nothing... I pay 1500 a month for rent.
    We need rent control and other tenant protections
