    I am a low-fixed income person. I live on the Social Security I earned during my 40 years of working. If my rent goes up even
    $50.00 I will be forced out and have to try and live in my car. I am handicapped and a senior. This will not be at all nice.
    Please protect tenants rights and get the corporate landlords to roll back their greed.
