    Tenant protections are paramount! That means essential.
    People's right to housing, decent and affordable, is a million times more important than companies' "right" to profit from the "housing business".
    Tenants must have protections from excessive rent hikes and no-cause evictions, they must have standardized leases, and absolute guarantees that all aspects of habitability are met consistently and constantly.
