I have lived here for last 5 years in that time I have noticed that my landlord doesn't fix anything until it is a emergency. It so hard to be patient so I ended up doing the repairs myself so I don't have to live in those conditions. I have asked maintenance months ago to change air filters in my home cooling system that was months ago. Me and a couple of my neighbors have reported this to the board of health and I am waiting . We need tenant protections and rent control.
