I've been living here 15+year and over the last decade I have watch the conditions of our building deteriorating due the lack of repairs. We are constantly trying to combat the rodents as well as insect problems. Our trash is constantly not being picked up and if u call and say something the trash on premise they tell u to clean it. Our hallway floors are falling apart and the board of health has been notified multiple times nothing seems to change. We need tenant protections, as well as rent control. Just like I am responsible to maintain my bills and home my landlord needs to do the same.
