I have been a tenant in a fhfa backed property I have lived here for the last 5 yrs, recently manager has changed and the aren't responding the way they use to. Our building is very close to being unlivable from mold to roaches, to the numerous water leaking. Recently the board of health has gotten involved I really wish thier was tenant protections I called manager recently and they said "why don't I just move." Unfortunately rent in my area is way to high and thier isn't anything available. We need rent control and tenant protections.
