I have been a tenant for the last 12 years in a FhFa backed property when I moved in it was well maintained, the management was super good when it came to repair or other things. Prior to the pandemic and now we can't get them to respond at all. We have organized in my building and made numerous reports to board of health, we need tenant protections. It's getting ridiculous the rent is to damn high. We need rent control and start taking this housing crisis serious.
