Security situation has deteriorated needs more standards of care, doors need to latch, maintenance requests should be timely, pest control needs to be prompt, stop rent hikes need legislation to stop rent hikes, not affordable as it currently stands. A Landlord registry and perhaps a hotline to report poor conditions so the federal government can hold these slumlords accountable.
