I believe it’s very important to provide protections for tenants as a clause of these government backed loans. Housing security is in the general public’s best interest, and leaving out these protections would negatively impact housing security. Providing protections for tenants will also positively impact the nation’s economy and raise quality of life for millions.
Omitting these protections would benefit very few people.
