I have had maintenance issues at my apartment. The elevator has been out for a week, the broken awnings have not been fixed. There are squirrels that come and destroy the awnings. As a tenant with the money I give every month, I think my landlord could hire more maintenance people and fulfill the maintenance requests faster.
