Lack of maintenance and upgrades even after living in unit for 6yrs needs new carpet etc. laundry room has lint build up which is a fire hazard and the place needs maintenance and more washer dryers and vents because its serving 8 units. If my landlord is getting federal funding for these types of conditions, that aint right. Someone needs to hold them accountable because I am held accountable to pay my rent every month.
