If they’re gonna increase the rent, it shouldn't be any higher than inflation. I moved from NYC I couldn’t save any money, I see a lot of people moving to Kansas City and I don’t want it to be. We should be able to live not just survive. Don’t increase the rent, put limits on rent hikes. If property owners get federal money, they should have to meet rules that protect tenants.
