They should keep the rent a fair price for people, it shouldn’t be raised. If they got that kind of money from loans and rent they don’t need to keep raising the rent. Keep it under 1200 at least!! The city defines affordable as $1200. There are maintenance issues that aren't addressed even for the rent I pay.
