Please DON'T pass on any MORE rent protection - Tenants have it good, getting FREE legal advice and representation on MY taxpaying dollar, Just Cause is fair and if anything, leaning towards the Tenants' Benefit than the Housing Provider, and Rent Control is VERY DETRIMENTAL to the future of housing for California.
