    I lived in Wilart Arms Apartments it is a beacon property, the cameras are not useful I have experienced sexual harassment in this building after hours while I was taking my emotional support dog to potty from a person who was not a tenant. When I informed the building manager at the time I was informed how good of a mother my abuser was. More recently the smell of urine is intolerable throughout the property and if you want to have guest or leave your house you may think twice because of the over saturation of guns on the property. In 2023 alone there has been a shooting in the building three doors down from me. In 2022 there were multiple fatal shootings as well as multiple street brawls. Management doesn't take these offenses seriously and they most certainly do not tend to maintenance request my apartment has leaked for years from the same spot, recently my carpet was saturated with water and only the top layer of it was pulled up to be mold treated.
