I am a landlord who wants government-backed loans to come with a set of tenant protections. There should be regulations on rent hikes and no-cause evictions, housing safety requirements, and bans on discrimination. Current laws and policies are stacked severely in landlords' favor. It's about time things were made at least a little bit more fair. Thank you!
