Single mom that has to work my ass off to provide an ok place to rent for my kids. I work a 9-5 to pay rent, then weekends I park cars and about get killed by drunks trying to leave a venue just to buy food and stuff. Rent is to dam high. You have the power to help millions of people like me, do it! A landlord registry where they all have to be register would be great. Get reviews and see what conditions they make you live in. I have never gotten a deposit back either, once a landlord turn the light on and said look at that ring around it on the ceiling. No deposits. Kentucky is one of the worst places to rent there are no protections. Again please stop crazy rent hikes.
