housing in this country is reaching such a point to where renting is no longer the quick and cheap option to a home in a rush but now the only financially viable way for many lower income people to be housed. if their are not actions taken to control the runaway cost of shelter then it wont be long before our entire nation is in the conditions of Portland Oregon.
