    I believe there should be regulations for how landlords treat their tenants. It doesn’t make sense that a landlord will kick a person out of their home to fix it up and then have another tenant instead. The family staying there has the same right to have a safe home them. As the economy is already rough as it is. The government is for the people not the businesses as it is now. It should be people over profit. We are all the same, we work, we live, we laugh and we love. Our money should not forked out to companies that don’t care about the people. They should be put into our local construction companies, our unions to build places people can live. We can convert old schools to homeless shelters so that they can have a roof over their head. A place of residence so that they can get a job. There should be protection rights and communication about when and how to evict. They have too much power.
