Corporate Landlord do nothing but collect the rent. Elevator out for 7mos a year? take the stairs. security gate broken? no fix for three month and deal with broken car windows and transients walking around it a dark parking garage. Report mold in your apartment? Paint it over and leave it for the next tenant. There is no one to turn to if you are under a bad-actor Corporate Landlord. Do something to hold them accountable please.
