    Rent is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! People can no longer afford to live in a decent place without having to make 3 TIMES THE RENT AND FOR WHAT? RENT SHOULD BE BASED ON YOUR MONTHLY INCOME! AND LANDLORDS/APARTMENTS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO CHARGE ALL OF THESE CRAZY FEES SUCH AS VIP FOR TRASH. WHAT HAPPEN TO TAKING OUT YOUR OWN TRASH. AND THEY'VE MADE IT MANDATORY AS A PART OF THE RENT FEES, INSURANCE FEES AND EVERYTHING ELSE. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!
