Tenant protections like limiting rent hikes, banning evictions without good cause, and standardizing leases in over 12 million apartment units nationwide are at the greater rise with out a probable good reason or cause. We know this is fixable so we will keep fighting for our rights and our homes. These proposed tenant protections are a critical step toward holding greedy corporate landlords accountable and our voice needs to be heard to help our community of tenants all over the country in this dire need of the moments of greedy price gouging and inflation.
