    STOP federal rent control !!!
    more you want to control, worse the rental market gets !!!
    there are many homeowner-landlords who depend on rent income to survive !!!
    renters need to eat, homeowners need to eat, too !!!

    we work hard to save money, we work hard to keep our house !!!!
    we need to pay property tax, we need to pay house insurance, we need to pay house repair, we need to pay health insurance, we need to feed our children !!!
    other business can put sign on the windows " we reserve the right to serve ".
    a homeowner-landlord has lost his right to refuse to server !!!
    IT IS UNFAIR !!!
    IT IS VIOLATING HUMAN RIGHT!!!

    the renters are not taking benefits from the rich, the renters are squeezing the middle class.
    the more rental laws created, the more rental houses leave the rental market.
    I quit !!!
    who is making the rental market worse ? ---You ! lawmakers !!!

    today's unaffordable housing issues are all over the world.
    Whose fault ? -- cooperations and banks.
    Why governments throw punishment on homeowners and small landlords?
    It's unfair.
