Why am I being asked about my "Organization". I am an individual, looking to level things out between landlords and tenants. This is clearly biased to organizations and corporations. Many real estate management companies have no interest in fulfilling the company's obligations in the lease agreements, are slow to respond to valid complaints and only seem to care that the rent is paid when due. These companies need to be held accountable and fulfill the lease agreements! The boiler plate, that absolves the company from any responsibility needs to be either removed or amended to include the company's responsibility to to provide decent living accommodations for the lease holders.
