It has become clear in the last 20 years that corporations and wealthy individuals both foreign and domestic have been buying up land and homes at the expense of the middle class. The next generation has no chance of buying a home in many places throughout the US. This has to be stopped. No one including corporations should be able to purchase large amount of homes. Everyone is aware of the problem. Who do you think people will blame as this problem continues? We need to put a cap on number of homes people may have. Not sure what that cap should be but no one needs to own more than 3 homes in my mind. Also need to protect tenant rights by limiting rent increases and improving protections against evictions.
