Please protect tenants. My family and I are apartment renters and have had troubles with the management company who owns our complex. Monthly rent has greatly increased while they are very slow to perform repairs or upgrades to the units, which were built back in the 80's. We are barely able to pay our rent and we fear that further increases will eventually lead us to become homeless. Affordable housing here is hard to come by and waitlists are very long.
