PLease DO make tenant protects a condition of government backed loans. These protections should include regulations on rent hikes and evictions, housing safety requirements, bans on discrimination, and more. They must be enacted to benefit over 12.4 million rental homes across the country. Please do the right thing and support tenants aross the country
