We tenants need the protections in equal housing opportunity. There should be provisions as well to ensure that any repairs needed are done by the landlord when we pay the rent of the home or apartment and not to enrich any management companies. As it is, we pay enough rent, we should not have to pay for repairs or whatever that takes place on the home while we pay rent.
Please guarantee the tenants rights to a safe home at a decent price.
