I have been a tenant at fhfa backed property for 10 plus years ,our bathroom have water leaks as well as mold. This has been the norm for over the last decade.We reached out to maintenance they never show up, we need tenant protection. I always pay my rent and I just want a home that's safe and not harming our health.
