As a landlord, I feel the corporate landlords are way out of line. We have not raised our tenants more than 15% over the last 5 years. It would have been less if insurance had not increased so much. We are going to have even more homeless if corporate landlords are allowed to continue over charging. Please put a stop to this now. Thank you
