I am currently a tenant who is experience what can happen you give landlords absolute power to do what ever they want and give renter's little protection. I am a renter who was told I would no longer have a rental agreement even though I was a good tenant in their own words. My rent was terminated . In the market I live in the rental rates rose near 300 to 400 hundred dollars. My rent for month to month to 4,000.00 I am fighting to get an unjust credit remove that says I owe rent to a landlord from 6 years ago and then the collections reposted after the 6 years. So I am fighting so I would not be homeless. This company MAA use government money for payment of rent. I feel you need to attach conditions if they decide to evict people with valid cause that must be held liable. They are using tax prayer' money which includes me but can do with every they want. They didn't offer service to upkept the apartment like fire alarms and changing air filters every three months. Corporate landlords have too much power.
