I am in support of new policies for landlords who get federal money to agree to tenant protections like limiting rent hikes, banning evictions without good cause, and standardizing leases. It's the least we can do we with our federal taxpayer funds to require the protections for the health of our communities.
I'm also a homeowner and a "mom and pop" landlord and still am in support of tenant protections. Thank you for hearing my input.
