After having one tenant, I won't be renting my place again... It's time to start doing things right and holding tenants accountable for the damages they do. I can't blame people for charging so much after this happened to me. There's one less landlord on the block (all while I send them new appliances for the house). Yeah, I'm not on the tenants side anymore.
