    Do not support federal rent control as already instated local rent control is a proven wrong. Rent control deprives overall growth for all involved from renter (read ... residents satisfied with extremely low/fixed rent who elect not to grow further in life) to owner (read ... it negatively impacts the integrity of the property with ever increasing vendor costs) to community (read ... stagnant tenancies and ongoing increased owner housing maintenance/cost equates to a struggling community at large). DO NOT SUPPORT LOCAL RENT CONTROL!!!
