Please take action to put into place rent regulations which will protect tenants from and limit egregious rent hikes. Landlord have too much power over the lives of community members, and they have profited off of working families for too long without providing adequate, accessible housing free of discrimation. Action must be taken to make rent fair, accessible, and affordable!
