It is imperative to the efforts needed to provide quality and affordable rental housing any and all issues that cost owners, operators or developers. More than 35% of overall development cost of multifamily projects are spent on regulatory restrictions or adherences. Incentives rather than more regulations should be prioritized within every level of government.
