I'm concerned about alot of our fellow Americans are being evicted and becoming homeless (including children) because of landlords increasing rent rates so high people can not afford to pay even if they're working 2-3 jobs! The bottom line (most of the time) is greed or gentrification. There needs to be protections for tenants against these landlords increasing their rent! And we need affordable housing here in America! People are literally suffering in the richest country on earth.
